Pricing & Billing: Charges and What They Mean
Nearly everything you need to know about charges you may see on your ClinicMonk™ bill — subscription, phone, email, and optional add-ons.
Where Your Plan and Features Come From
Your access to ClinicMonk™, and which features are turned on for your clinic, is set up and managed by us. If you have questions about which features are included in your plan, or you're interested in adding more, reach out to our support team directly — we manage your subscription and billing.
You can see charges to your clinic's account from within your ClinicMonk™ dashboard under your account's billing settings. If you don't see this option, or have questions about a specific charge, we're happy to help.
Subscription Plan Pricing
ClinicMonk™ is available on a simple, flat-rate subscription — no tiered plans to navigate.
Monthly Plan: $197 USD/month
Annual Plan: $2,364 USD/year (includes a $497 tech setup at no extra cost)
Optional Add-On — Done-For-You Tech Setup: $497 USD one-time (included automatically if you choose the Annual Plan). Covers account configuration, HIPAA/PHI compliance setup, domain and email (DNS) setup, configuring your phone number and starting A2P registration, calendar customization, contact form integration, lead magnet setup, attribution tracking, Google Ads reporting, and a guided onboarding call. This setup fee covers our work to configure these systems — it does not cover the phone number, carrier, or A2P registration fees themselves, which are billed separately (see Phone Usage Fees below).
Texts and emails you send are billed separately at usage rates — see Phone System Pricing and Email System Pricing below — and are not included in your monthly or annual subscription fee.
Phone System Pricing
The Phone System lets your clinic buy phone numbers, send and receive SMS/MMS, and make or receive calls inside ClinicMonk™ — so you don't need to connect a separate third-party phone provider for everyday calling and texting.
Calls, texts, phone numbers, and one-time carrier registration (A2P) fees are all billed separately from your subscription, based on usage. See Phone Usage Fees for the full rate breakdown.
Email System Pricing
The Email System lets your clinic send and receive email inside ClinicMonk™ without connecting a separate third-party email provider. Email sending works out of the box, and usage includes sent emails, forwarded emails, and other email activity from your account.
